This program is designed to help you get acquainted with the forms and processes that are required by law. Part of your job regardless of your position, is compliance. The farther you work your way up the ladder, the more compliance matters you deal with.

Every job has basic requirements you have to fulfill to maintain your employment and a career as a Marijuana Establishment Agent (MEA) or ITMC agent (ITMCA, or any "Agent of the Division") isn't any different, with one exception. These aren't just company policies or rules, we are talking about mandatory compliance with the law. Failure to comply could have negative consequences.

With that said, if you learn the following forms and the processes of completing them, one thing you won't have to worry about is whether or not you are compliant. You are also much more likely to be profitable in your business operations if you can focus on revenue generation and growth opportunities instead of worrying about a visit from a Division inspection Agent.
